DELIVERY

DELIVERY 

At this time we only deliver to addresses within Japan.
Our Orderss can be delivered 7 days a week between 9:00 and 21:00. Our orders are delivered by “Yamato”; our preferred delivery service. Payment is possible by credit card or via Japanese convenience stores.
Orders will be delivered on the fourth day after the order is placed, at the customer’s preferred delivery time.

SPECIFYING A DELIVERY TIME  

 

When placing your order, after selecting the date of delivery customers are required to select from the following time slots for delivery:
09:00 - 12:00
14:00 - 16:00
16:00 - 18:00
18:00 - 20:00
19:00 - 21:00

DELIVERY FEES

The delivery fees are the same for all delivery addresses across Japan and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

The delivery fee is calculated on the total amount of your order, tax inclusive:

ATTEMPTED DELIVERY 

If no one is available when the product is delivered, a notice of attempted delivery will be placed inside the postbox. The recipient is responsible for scheduling re-delivery. Re-delivery of fresh flowers must be made within three days of the original delivery date.

We cannot issue refunds on any order which cannot be re-delivered. We cannot be held responsible for claims caused by delay in delivery due to the recipient not being home.

The delivery fees are the same for all delivery addresses across Japan and will be automatically calculated at checkout.

WRAPPING FOR DELIVERY 

All flower orders are gift wrapped with paper and ribbon, and feature a Nicolai Bergmann logo sticker. All orders are delivered in Nicolai Bergmann delivery boxes which ensure safe transport of the flowers.
